POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition archival pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or use the guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prepare Shipment
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all structural tags and protective layers are intact, and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.
Dispatch Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our archive team verifies the condition of the returned garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
